Bounce and Burn is not only about getting a great workout but also about making it accessible for everyone young and old. 

 

It can be very daunting and nerve racking starting a new class especially in boots that may look scary to you. All the classes are friendly, supportive with no expectations and you work at your own pace.

When you attend classes you will need Calf  length socks , water, yoga mat and some light hand weights. 

​

Payments in class by contactless or cash.
